* **Certifieringar.** Myrspoven är certifierat enligt ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Certifikat och omfattning finns i portalen.
* **Säkerhetsöversikt.** Skydd av kunddata och byggnadsanslutningar — värdregion, kryptering, åtkomstkontroll, incidenthantering.
* **Integritet och datahantering.** Behandling av personuppgifter, lagring, registrerades rättigheter och den aktuella integritetspolicyn för produkten.
* **Underbiträden.** Tredje parter som är involverade i leveransen av tjänsten.
* **Autentisering och åtkomstkontroller.** Kontroller som upprätthålls av Myrspoven och sådana som kan konfigureras av kunden.
* **Sårbarhetsutlämning.** Rapporteringsprocess och förväntningar på svar.
* **Enkätsvar.** Standardiserade svar på vanliga upphandlingsenkäter, tillgängliga på begäran.
