# Přehled

Myrspoven zveřejňuje svůj přístup k bezpečnosti, ochraně soukromí a shodě na adrese [trust.myrspoven.com](https://trust.myrspoven.com/). Portál je jediným zdrojem pravdy pro závazky, certifikace a dokumentaci dostupnou na vyžádání. Tato stránka na něj odkazuje.

**Nákup a právní oddělení:** na trust portálu jsou k dispozici formální dokumenty — certifikát ISO/IEC 27001:2022 a rozsah, seznam dílčích zpracovatelů, přehled bezpečnosti, prohlášení o ochraně osobních údajů, odpovědi na dotazníky.\

Trust portál zahrnuje:

* **Certifikace.** Myrspoven je certifikována podle ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Certifikát a rozsah jsou na portálu.
* **Přehled bezpečnosti.** Ochrana zákaznických dat a připojení budov — region hostování, šifrování, řízení přístupu, řešení incidentů.
* **Ochrana soukromí a nakládání s daty.** Zpracování osobních údajů, doba uchování, práva subjektů údajů a aktuální prohlášení o ochraně osobních údajů produktu.
* **Dílčí zpracovatelé.** Třetí strany zapojené do poskytování služby.
* **Ověřování identity a řízení přístupu.** Bezpečnostní opatření vynucovaná společností Myrspoven i ta, která může zákazník konfigurovat.
* **Oznamování zranitelností.** Postup hlášení a očekávání ohledně reakce.
* **Odpovědi na dotazníky.** Standardní odpovědi na běžné nákupní dotazníky, dostupné na vyžádání.
